The UN body of scientists who prepared the report may have been numbered 52. However, they drew upon the research of thousands of scientists around the world.

And most of those scientists are knowledgeable only on their narrow area. Most to the extent they have an opinion on the greater question - AGW - probably take what is presented as the "accepted wisdom" at face value. As do most AGW believers imo.

Personally, I see signs that skepticism is increasing among knowledgeable scientists.
