LB, I am not only keeping my 6000IU dosage, I am upping it to 8000IU. I suggest all here do the same. Buy the Carlson 2000IU bottles with 360 softgels. Just "Froogle" them for the best price. If you want to up your dosage to 8000IU, you may want to switch to the 4000IU Carlson capsules I mentioned earlier. google.com Joe
