Sounds really bad, 260 bp. spread to 5-year treasuries. Given
the yield of 135 bp. on those, these co-s borrowing costs
(around 4%) are below official inflation -g-

When T-rates sky to 10%, where they should be, then we'll
see a lot of defaults and still rocking spreads. FWIW,
mortgage rates are at 52W lows or close. -g-
