Does anyone here own the last two stocks that Bob Brinker put a buy out in the last 10 years? They are Microsoft and Vodafone when he elevated to buy in March 2003. They are down very significantly over the last 8 years, and on a risk-adjusted basis horrible. The strange thing is that Bob doesn't really give guidance on those stocks. He just lists them. You would think every month or maybe every other month, or even twice a year he might give an overview of the stocks, why he still likes them or doesn't like them, what he sees as the risks/rewards. But instead its like a blank slate each time. He could talk about the company's earnings, growth prospects, management, price action, competitors, whatever. Does anyone else fiind that strange or at least lame? I have been wondering about these individual stocks and Bob's handling of them since they have been on the books for so long. No sell signal, just ridding them down.
