When will that be 'inevitable', Peter????????

(I presume you mean AFTER the current PRICE COLLAPSE in the teeth of a deep Global Recession is eventually reversed, and full growth reestablished, and peak oil reasserts.... Sometime around 2013 for the '$5 gas' and perhaps 2035 for the 'lines at the pump'????????)
