That's good info, although it would be more useful to me if it showed the total preferred plus debt. Some funds, don't know if any from Nuveen, have other forms of leverage than just the preferreds.

I guess those statistics are directed at the preferred holders.

I wonder if the JFP fund - at 1200% ratio now - converted preferred to some other form of leverage.
