I just saw that. Although I don't take any joy in his suffering and that of his family, I did notice a few of his prime defenders, those who so quickly attack others for much less, claiming that the appeal would be successful because it was an action that solely was motivated by some type of religious hatred or a reaction to 9/11. Most of the time, these hypocrites tended to ignore the basis of the crime was founded in extortion of ceo's to call off shorts and in the use of purloined FBI data to get a trading advantage. It will be interesting to see if any of those who claim that king shorts can do no wrong or that their wrong is for the "greater good," will admit to being hypocritically wrong.
