For what it is worth, Merrill has been holding off selling as best it can today. It's offer has been consistently above the market (now at 34). Even Goldman, which seems to have been a seller, did not come down to the market price on the offer. Also, only 4 trades of 20,000 or more over 1/2 hour into trading (the most being one 30,000 share trade). Suggests the selling is retail, not institutional. Gary Korn
