Studded tires are a good idea, super good traction. I just didn't want the hassle of taking off summer tires and swapping winters. I did that with my Honda, had a set of extra wheels with Bridgestone Blizzaks on them. Never thought they would come out with an all season rated for snow and ice. How technology changes. I heard Vegas got a dump of the white stuff. Wired weather.
