Centrist on what? I think one could say that bush was "confused" to use your offensive language. Save for his fiscal drunkenness, which you guys might want to sell to us as "centrist", what else has been "centrist" about? Tax policy? Foreign policy?

In fact, he has practically been a liberal on some issues, massive government spending being one of them. You're talking about a man who supported a Teddy Kennedy education bill.

There's the fallacy of your polluted mind...fiscal irresponsibility is a republican trait...look into the history of national debt.
