It's so OBVIOUS that these guys especially BUSTER does not know anything about financials. Legal issues are not discussed or stated in the balance sheet...DUUUUUUUH!!!!

That is another subject....PARTNERSHIP AND CONTRACTS 101. Not in Accounting 101.
