Here's My Classic Car: 1966 Ford LTD 2-Door Hardtop - One Owner - All Original This car was bought by our family when it was brand new in July of 1966 and has been parked under a covered garage it's entire life, so there is very little rust anywhere. We have all of the original paperwork from the Atlanta assembly plant that came with the car. 1966 was the first year of the LTD model line, which makes this car a collectors item. It has a 289 V8 engine with a 3-forward speed Automatic Transmission. It looks and runs good, with only minor defects. It has Power Steering, Manual Brakes, Manual Windows, AM Radio, and factory installed Air Conditioning.
