It looks like some real estate bargains can be picked up in Aspen right about now. Instead of 12 million for a three bedroom fixer you could pick it up for a cool 8 million. I talked to a friend that manages some "A" list hollywood type houses and he told me that a few of the "BIG" names are Bernies bitches......
