I find it interesting how the left have shifted again on the experience issue when one is running for political office. They are back to the notion that being an author is adequate experience to run for a senate seat. OTOH, Kennedy has more political exposure that the nut running for the Minnesota senate seat. Although, Franken has written more books, if you care to identify them as such.
