I'm having trouble following that guy ... he doesn't like the Constitution, but he's outraged that shrub didn't adhere to it post 9/11 ... he doesn't like the fact that law is based on violence, but offers nothing more than medieval Merchant Law as an alternative, as if that would work in murder/rape/whatever cases ... declares that reason equals rationalization through some specious argumentation, etc, etc. I don't like violence either, but it seems the human race is addicted to it ... As for Obama, let's just wait and see what he does, rather than deciding beforehand that he must be the moral equivalent of shrub. If it turns out he is, we'll have plenty of time to vilify him then. <g/ng>
