AJ..thanks for sharing your road map. Don't be shy to link some of your good stuff on Ihub over here. I try to catch up on you over there but I'm sure I miss some good charts & such. I don't have a road map per say...only that it's looking like some rough sledding for a while unless some major event changes the tide. It all boils down to jobs & confidence. Confidence in house prices, confidence in free (now quasi free) markets, confidence from the lenders to lend, etc, etc. Choppy markets w/ a downward bias like your map suggest seems to fit the bill.
