845,000 share block of NGD crossed at $1.19 at 4:30, along with a 563,000 share block of MFN. Someone needed cash.

I just noticed there was also a 145,000 share block of SA that crossed at 4:31. this one priced at $15.15, well above the 4:00 close at 13.77 and waaaay above yesterday's close of 12.65.
