Here's the latest I have on Shay. I spoke to our pastor this morning and he's had conversation with Grace, Shay's grandmother and our church member. Grace believes our prayers are being answered as Shay has started coming out of, then back into, the coma. During the brief time she is awake, she recognizes people and can speak a few words. She has no recollection of what happened, so far. Pastor is going to the hospital this afternoon to meet Grace and see Shay. I'll get an update in church in the morning and will let all know how it's going. Prayer works! Please continue to do that...and thanks from all of us.
