They have to keep tankers at sea till they use enough oil to empty tanks. Is that the fault of hedge funds? Huh? What are you talking about? Speculation is what drove the price of oil up to $150, not demand. The hedge funds 'do' speculation very well. Its time to regulate the hell out of these operations.
