I think you mean 35xx? I'm looking at using the L137 which combines an ARM9 core with a FP DSP core, both at 300MHz in an embedded control application. The combo is < 0.5W! Wish they had it with a POP config like the 35xx's with SDRAM & FLASH. What I don't like about the 35xx POP devices is the 0.4mm BGA package. For low volume applications that makes for expensive boards and assembly.
