Perry, couple of articles that came accross my desk over a month ago now. will track. nonetheless, they don't track (make buying/selling decisions about foreign companies), as you are probably aware, most foreign companies with PEratios as it doesn't necessarily fit foreign accounting models; other measures are more pertinent which, if i get the time, will post later as well
