Hi Peter. Every month or two I update my list of CEFs, mostly munis, that are relative "bargains" based largely on discount to NAV, but also on the other criteria I have listed here. Then during the trading day I watch them and if there are big discrepancies I trade out of very overvalued positions and into very undervalued positions, making sure they also fit my tax criteria, such as avoidance of wash sales. My list is by no means "the best" of the CEFs. Hopefully we can all try to construct and update such a list.
