I'm on the top floor at the corner of the oceanside and bayside of a peninsula in an extrme hard-blowing Northeaster, where I'm discovering way too many cracks and leaks for the northeast wind to blow through and take away much of my warmth. I've eliminated my view of the ocean by placing a blanket over the door leading to my deck and the window next to it, also blanketed, has a tiny opening 'cause I've got a mickey-moused cable wire running through it. Soon, I'll be typing with my baseball batting gloves on--lol! Sure do wish the wind was coming from the hill behind my house instead of sweeping in from a very exposed ocean/bayside. Oh, well ... at least it all looks nice from up here--lol!
