The government is still arresting people for a schedule 1 substance. Obama doesn't want to expend a great deal of political capitol dealing with this issue. So does that mean that we allow eight more years of arresting people on charges that the people of the United States are convinced are unjust? Every indication that I've seen shows me that Obama intends to allow this lack of justice to continue for a while.
