Have you noticed how some here have a mission to change Brinker's advice from "lump sum 100% into the market at 808 in March of 2003" followed by a "GIFT HORSE BUYING OPPORTUNITY at $1450" with SPECIFIC advice to not rebalance a "balanced portfolio #3" from 66% equities back to 50% equities at the top to "dollar cost average" Incredible, isn't it! I missed those messages. which messages are you talking about???? I'm not saying they didn't happen, I'm just asking where they are, and which messages you are referring to. If you are making IRA purchases, each one is a lump sum at the time you get the money. I don't agree.
