Yet, Iran for all its effort, couldn't stop the signing of this agreement. LOL...you settle for so little. And even at this they failed...for years they would not set a departure date arguing that it would give the "enemy" unfair advantage, Al Maliki insisted on it and got his way...all this while his country is under occupation by the signatory who presumably exerts significant influence on the iraqi.
