BRASILIA, Brazil – Brazil's Central Bank says economic growth this year should be faster than expected — adjusting its estimate of GDP growth to 5.6 percent from 5 percent.

But the bank says the global financial crisis should hold next year's rise in gross domestic product to 3.2 percent. That's down from the 4 percent growth expected by President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva for 2009.

I saw something similar.....I am not sure I posted it for fear of running into a lot of skepticism. I would have expected no growth next year. Having said that, I wonder what's fueling their growth.
