Hi Frank,

Busy morning here. It does appear that I may be lucky enough to get in MCTL at under $2. The losses this year have been (0.11) and (0.13); and you think the loss will narrow even more? When do you expect MCTL to report--based on the last release it appears mid-November may be an approximate time. Is the sale of XACI still on track--the CXR subsidiary is local to me and from what I have read they are doing quite well.
