CoStar - Trying to track down the huge number of bad decisions made in the wake of the Blackstone - Equity Office deal. From what I've gathered so far, the only thing worse than a potential Blackstone overpayment was the flood of resales that occurred in its wake. I've been trying to track them down; many of the details appear to be on this website, but I'm not sure how much of the info they give out to nonpaying visitors:

Looks like Morgan Stanley was one of the prominent flippees. They had drifted off my radar. Are they the only independent IB besides GS now? I know they're climbing under the TARP, but I'm actually wondering if they might not BK before they get there.
