Send me the link - I don't know much about JPHC. If I recall, I wound up with some shares because of a merger with some other company and that I actually made a profit. It does appear to be a scam though, but, I paid little attention to it. I believe that both you and survivor posted that it was a scam.

In any event, I'm not afraid of admitting to a mistake. Send me the link to my post so I can review it.

I pretty much respond to attacks and don't initiate them. As do others, I can get overzealous in defending what I think is right. It's human nature to think that your investment is a good one. I've learned over time not to believe very much that management tells. At the same time, I've been accused of pumping stocks, merely because I called up management and reported the results of the conversations, along with my own thoughts, both positive and negative.

So long as we are discussing things from the past, there were a couple of occasions where a poster claimed that all my posts were pumping scams and you agreed. Of course, neither the poster nor you could point to specific pump scam posts. The accusatory posts have been deleted. You may be able to reference them on one of your boards. It's not important.

Another point is that you accused me also of posting FUD about PVX. That is posting to sew Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. Because I had posted some very good issues and wanted some DD information, you suggested that I should stick to pinkies and microcaps. In post #405 on your dividend board, I asked where I posted FUD and you never responded.

I politely suggested that one could invest in different types of stocks and it made no sense to compare, my investment in XOM, with my investment in a highly risky stock. I've often posted that gambling money should be a tiny fraction of one's portfolio and that the only way to be successful is with extensive diversification. I've had others lie about this, but my posts are out there. I also mentioned that XOM was a better play from a dividend and preservation of capital perspective and I have been proven right on that. However, I'm not claiming that it is comparable or should be instead of a more risky investment. That's comparing apples and oranges.

You have posted about a couple of scam stocks and they have been discussed here. I haven't claimed that all your posts are pumping scams. Yet, I have been accused of the same thing by posting similarly, and, probably less favorably about certain similar risky stocks.

With respect to PVX, I suggested that it was not a sure thing, and I was right. I like it, but there is nothing wrong with posting negatives and asking questions about it.

So that's the background from my point of view. I have no problem moving forward in a positive direction. I don't like people spamming negatives about a risky stock and then posting positively about an equally risky stock. But, I have no issue with people posting that something is a scam and backing it up with real substantive posts rather than spamming stuff over and over.
