You're FOS.

When you sell <2.5 Million vehicles and lose $10 Billion in the process, you're losing at least $4k/vehicle. Some you lose more, some you lose less, but you're not making money on ANY of them.

There is not that wide a disparity in the profit margins on the various vehicles. Sorry.

As I said, you're obviously not a numbers person. Stick with being a salesman where rational thinking is secondary to slick sales talk.
