I always try to do this. It is something that means a lot to many of them; my son always comments on it when he is flying.

He actually had someone give up a first-class seat to him one day -- he's a very big kid, and someone saw him crowded into a middle seat and swapped with him -- after they paid for the more expensive seat.

We provide no-charge support for our products to reservists for the same reason.

Soldiers are the best people our country has, and they are terribly underpaid for the work they take on -- they aren't doing it for the money. Just someone telling them they appreciate what they're doing is a pretty big deal to them.
