Roger, I subscribe to Zack's and receive a daily e-mail containing Zack's ranking and changes of all stocks in my portfolio. I also verified the strong buy in Zack's company report for BROC.

I agree that it is very good news, as it is a rare distinction, yet I am unable to determine the reason behind the upgrade.
