As to Item 1) do you deny that you reported that Pig fellow over at Yahoo Utek? His posts are being deleted on a daily basis over there. Your answer should cover item 2). If you are behind the deletions at Yahoo, I certainly wouldn't blame that Pig fellow for turning you in here.
