TSL: IMO, it's mildy bullish, or might help put a floor under ng for the ST/IT... but perception is reality and the current perception is that we have this huge glut/overhang in ng and everyone is laying down rigs because we don't need to expand production with all this ng in storage and all these new shale plays... if that perception begins to change because of statistical games (why do they track ng prices/storage vs. 5-year ave? Why not 3? Why not 10? Why 5? Pretty arbitrary and it seems to influence the market), then perhaps the ng story needs to be revised...

Either way, I expect more downside this spring/summer and better looking ng sector later next year -- esp. if weather returns as a primary sector influence -- and provided we have more "normal" weather than some of the years that currently are included in the 5-yr averages.
