You know you're getting older when one of the late 40's-early 50's neighborhood attorney calls to see if you need help to get out of the driveway....<ggg> Actually it took some doing, we're right in the dip of a bit of a hill coming down, then after our house, going up the hill again....It sure doesn't help that we've only had one pass with the snowplow...and that was just the first time around, before the sleet, and the 2nd big snow....It was balmy today....high of 35! but now below freezing and it's snowing again.
We were able to fight the airport mess, and after two passes around the baggage claim area, each of about 25-30 minutes with 20 kagillion other cars, we snatched our youngest off the sidewalk.
All kidding aside, it had to be Democrats like Biden, and Algore who designed Sea-Tac....What a terrible, awful, and just plain stupid design....Traffic was backed up tonight from the Seattle 1-5 turnoff to go to the airport from 405.... |
