People move to Curitiba for the same reasons. Here one sq m is half the price for similar sized cities. People who can get a job move to here without even blinking.

Jobs can be created as companies run away from inflated S. Paulo, where executives need to move by helicopter (and they have helicopter traffic jam in the sky above the city.)

One problem that hampered this job creation -steal form S. Paulo- is he lack of buildings that can house 200 to 600 employees. Noting that S. Paulo city would be a country, it ranked 50th in the world and only 22 USA states have a bigger economy than S. Paulo city. So we have rich pickings to steal from S. Paulo.!!!
