Add to that, that with the massive subventions of the US automotive industry, Toyota rather than fighting back may prefer weathering out the limited time the Big Three (can) bomb the prices in their effort to gain back market share in their illusive suit for that evasive profitability ;) When that is over Toyota may hike their (profitable) production again.
