Santa is now at Christmas Island, in the Indian Ocean northwest of Australia. Oops, he already got to Palembang, Indonesia before I finished writing. That is how fast he is moving west! On that Norad site, it is worth clicking on one of the Santa cams. Norad "reporters" are filing reports as soon as Santa is visible. For example, Norad has already done a report from Aukland, New Zealand where you can see rare footage of Santa in his sleigh zooming between the skyscrapers there in Aukland.
