On a lighter note: For all you Star Trek fans. Popular Science magazine asks why are phaser beams ("nadion" particle beams) so slow? popsci.com FYI. A must read for all Star Trek fans: "The Physics of Star Trek" by Lawrence Krauss (Professor of Physics at the University of Arizona). I just love this book. GATES.
