At this point I wouldn't put money on SUE.to finishing ahead of Eastmain. The attorneys running SUE have had 5-years to negotiate a deal to resolve the conflict with the Shahuindo sellers. It took the lovely Peggy Kent to knock some sense into them, to where they considered resolving the issue outside of courts.

If they negotiate a deal they'll get the property. Otherwise I am doubtful that a Peruvian Court is going to rule in favor of a Canadian company and leave a local company in the lurch. At least it seems as though jurisprudence isn't necessarily as transparent as North America. The word that the Supreme Court will rule by the end of the year should motivate the parties to a deal, though neither has much to loose if the court rules against them.

All Eastmain needs to do is announce more reserves or a cash infusion and it could see an EOY surge. I'd rather be in those shoes about now....

GAME ON!
