Well, you've made the problem very clear. These guys truly are overpaid. Reduce their pay and there won't be the need for corporate jets because first class on the airlines will do just fine.

Cut their pay and you won't be able to get people capable of running one of these companies.

These are not 150K/year assembly line workers. These are people with actual skills and qualifications beyond what normal people possess.

I know, you don't get that. But only a small fraction of people have what it takes to run a business. Maybe 1 out of 100 of those have what it takes to run a substantial business. And maybe 1 out of 100 of those have the ability to run a huge multinational business.

But it wouldn't matter if they were working for ree. You don't waste these guys' time. Time is a far more scarce resource than the money (although, money's getting pretty scarce).
