Carlos , try replying to the correct person next time ( I will forgive you because you are new :-}. I gave my opinions, you stated yours opinions as facts ( you left yourself wide open for my flame), if I was harsh well thats to bad, this forum is meant to be a place where we all express what we think. A fact is something that has happened not something that someone predicts is going to happen. When I say no one has a clue, I mean that no one can predict the future , and my opinions on the analysts who follow AOL is that they dont know jack shit about the internet. I dont hate many stocks but I do hate this one. Why?? deceptive advertising , lousy costly service, very aggressive accounting , censorship , just to name a few.
I see you have a degree in Physics, so you are obviously an analytical
person, do yourself a favor and do a little more research on AOL. We
are talking about a stock that has a very lofty P/E in an industry that is getting even more competitive. Also maybe ask some people you know if they ever had AOL , I bet that you will find the majority that did left them for a better service.
