Tom, I absolutely believe that most utilities will decouple from bonds because their yields are getting crappier by the minute. I do not believe in a shortage of electrical power nor do I like utils long term. Living in a competitive world is not something most of these guys know how to do.

I don't think the Fed cares about where Bills are trading right now. There main concern is the huge financial inflation they have caused and I don't see them pouring more gasoline on that fire in the near future. Only a market meltdown will get them to goose the market more, IMHO. MB
