re VSR - they don't seem to be able to get past the thin margins that kill the bottom line. I've followed them for a number of years. There is a constant pattern of PR ing great looking contracts but when it comes to bottom line, they have always disappointed. Plus as wartime projects wind down, what does that mean for them?

I'm looking at all stocks for new positions in 2009, and so far, I'm not convinced about VSR. I'm going to try to get in touch at some point.
