What if Americans don't want the 'infrastructure jobs'?

It's a lot easier to make money by 'manufacturing numbers'
than 'manufacturing stuff'.

Afterall, we have a monopoly in 'manufacturing numbers'
( gov. sponsored ), everything else can be offshored to the
lower/lowest cost countries so we can enjoy the benefits of
it.
