There are many kinds of contracts, that are now being reviewed, after the fall of the derivatives. I guess contracts with the chinese are some of them.

In IT, there is a similar problem: Software as a Service (SaaS). Basically, when everything fails, and your data is not in your own data center, you cannot be sure to get access to data, no matter what the contract is. People who try to make SaaS look good just say "you need to have a look at the financial stability of the provider". The last time I saw that was Yesterday. Business is about taking risks, but a lot of risks are not necessary.
