WIN-SENSE(TM) Receives Prestigious Editors' Choice Award
AMERICAN FORK, Utah, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephen M. Nelson, President of TELS Corporation (Nasdaq:TELS), today announced that WIN-SENSE, the latest Call Accounting Management software produced by TELS Corporation, was recognized with an Editors' Choice Award from ''Call Center Magazine'' in the 1997 October issue.
''Call Center Magazine'' is written for call center management and has a circulation of approximately 34,000 subscribers. Call Centers are utilized for customer service, help desks, sales, and support. The magazine is designed to help subscribers choose and buy, implement and manage technology -- hardware, software and services. The Editors' Choice Award is only presented to products which the editors of "Call Center Magazine" feel have significant technical and economic merit and as a result warrants recommendation to its readers.
WIN-SENSE is a Windows based, software only, Call Accounting package that allows the PC user to separate and allocate departmental telephone costs, measure employees' productivity, diagnose trunk problems, monitor for toll fraud, realize cost, and generate revenue.
