so your strategy is to wait for other countries to do it before we do it? That's a strategy for failure, if I've every heard one.

So you, in some inane manner, believe that placing economic burdens that adds NOTHING to our productivity or competitiveness is a strategy for success?

If our competitors are all driving fossil fueled equipment and vehicles that cost far less to purchase and operate, we're supposed to believe that we'll win by purchasing and operating far more expensive equipment?

That only works when the expensive equipment improves your productivity.
