Ted, I'm just alarmed at how Jews are once again being cast as the scapegoats, this time by a huge population of Muslims who can't otherwise solve their problems despite swimming in a sea of oil wealth. Just because Westerners drew the borders in the Middle East doesn't give them any excuse. Moreover, I'm not sure we in America can get ourselves out of this mess, even if we tried. Israel will still be using American-made weapons and will rely on the financial and cultural support of many Jewish-Americans. The economy of Israel is also largely based on business with the West.
